Ministers need to learn to help people become God sufficient and go to Jesus and God and the scriptures to find answers for their situations. The minister is not the answer guy for all the Christian's problems. The believer matures best when he or she learns to depend on God and the Word for their answers to life's issues. We believers need to ask God first before we seek help from the minister and elders in the church. It will help our walk and our stand to seek God first.
