How did men of the Old Testament know that God respected the prophet or his offering? In 1178 Respect God part 2, Rev. Catania covers some records showing the role of fire burning up an offering. Was this the way that Cain knew that Abel's offering was accepted and his wasn't? How does this apply to the New Testament today?
